- Paste your addressYour lots, photos, prices and times are read from your auction site: what is open for bidding, and what is coming up.
- Pick a shape and a colourEvery piece on this page follows the choice, so it all matches your own website.
- Copy one line, or downloadThe widget and the banner are one line of code. The posts are images you save, the poster a page you print.
Which one is for you?
You do not need all four. Each works on its own, so start with the one that matches where your buyers already are.
A widget that shows your lots
Prices and countdowns stay current, and a click takes the visitor to the lot on your auction site, where they bid. Lots that have not opened yet are shown with a countdown to their opening. The widget only disappears when nothing is live and nothing is coming up.
| What it is | A live list of your lots on your own website, in the shape and colour you pick here. |
|---|---|
| Where it goes | One line of code, pasted into any website that lets you add HTML: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or your own pages. |
| What stays current | Everything. Prices, bids and countdowns update by themselves, and the widget hides itself when nothing is listed. |
Colour and corners also set the look of the posts, the poster and the banner below.
On your website the widget makes one request for your lots and loads the lot photos from your auction site. It sets no cookies and tracks nobody.

Images made for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
One image for the whole sale and one per lot, in square and story sizes, with a caption to go with them and buttons to share it. Save the images and post them. No website needed. They show when bidding closes or opens, never a price, so they stay true after you post them.
| What it is | Ready-made images, one for the whole sale and one per lot, square and story, with a caption to go with them. |
|---|---|
| Where it goes | Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp status, LinkedIn, or anywhere else you post a picture. |
| What stays current | Nothing, once saved. That is why they say when bidding closes or opens and never a price. Make new ones for the next sale. |

Full screen on a phone: Instagram stories and WhatsApp status.
One image per lot
A poster and scan-to-bid cards
Print the poster for the door and a card for each lot on the table. The code on a card opens that lot on a phone. Everything is A4 and prints from your own browser.
| What it is | An A4 poster for the sale and a card for every lot, each with a QR code. |
|---|---|
| Where it goes | Your window, your door, the table on a viewing day. It prints from your own browser. |
| What stays current | Paper does not update, but every QR code opens the live lot with its current price. |
Holding a viewing day? The kit also makes sticker labels for the goods themselves, one per lot.
A banner that is just an image
For newsletters, email signatures and website builders that refuse code. The picture is redrawn every few minutes, so the lot count and the closing day stay right, even in an email you sent last week.
| What it is | One picture with a link: your lot count, the closing day and up to three photos. |
|---|---|
| Where it goes | Newsletters, email signatures and website builders that refuse code. |
| What stays current | The picture is redrawn every few minutes, so it stays right even in an email sent weeks ago. After the sale it simply invites people to visit your auction. |
What AuctionAmigo does not do
- Nobody bids here. Every click, scan and link leads to the lot on your own auction site, and that is where bidding happens.
- It does not post for you. You save the images and post them yourself, or send the caption with the share buttons.
- It keeps nothing about you or your visitors: no account, no cookies, no tracking.
- It shows nothing from a site in private mode or a paused trial. Only what is already public on your auction site appears.
- It never puts a price on anything you save or print. Prices change, a saved image cannot.
Questions and answers
What is AuctionAmigo?
AuctionAmigo is a free promotion kit for auction sites built on Auctify. Paste the address of your site and it turns your lots into a widget for your website, images for social posts, a poster with QR lot cards and an email banner.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It comes with every Auctify auction site, trial sites included, and needs no account and no password.
Which auction sites does it work with?
Sites built on Auctify, on a myauctify.com address or on your own domain. The site has to be public: lots on a site in private mode are not shown. If you have no auction site yet, you can start one with a 7-day free trial at Auctify.
How do I put the widget on my website?
Copy the one line of code and paste it into your page: anywhere for the floating shape, or at the spot where a horizontal, vertical or skyscraper widget should appear. It works on any website that lets you add a line of HTML. Where that is not possible, use the banner, which is a plain image with a link.
Does the widget track my visitors?
No. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on the visitor's device and loads no fonts or trackers. It makes one request to AuctionAmigo for your lots and loads the lot photos from your auction site.
In which language are the widget and the images written?
In the language of your auction site, whichever language you read this page in. Twenty languages are supported, and every date is given in the lot's own time zone.
Why do the images show no price?
A saved image or a printed poster cannot be updated, so they say when bidding closes or opens instead. The widget is live: it shows the current price and the number of bids.
Do I need all four?
No. Each one works on its own. Take the one that matches where your buyers are: the widget or the banner if you have a website or send a newsletter, the post images if you are on social media, the print kit if people come to see the lots.
What happens when my sale ends?
The widget hides itself and the banner becomes a plain invitation to visit your auction, so nothing you pasted goes stale or breaks. A saved image or a printed poster stays as it is, which is why they name a closing time and never a price. As soon as you list new lots, the widget and the banner show them by themselves.
No auction site yet?
